I am looking to loose some weight for swim season because i want to start of the swim season right.. mainly some fat i have gained to my belly. I would like to loose around 30 pounds or so.. which diet pill would be better to take? If neither Apidexin or 7 Day Detox which deit pill would be better?

Question by TAH-DAH: How can I loose 1 pound in 1 day?
Since I’m 13, I don’t think it’s healthy for me to use dieting pills or “go under the knife” as people use. So can I have some suggestions. Plus I graduate grammer school soon and I want to look thinner then looking so chunky. I’m not at a “live or die” weight but I still need to lose what much I have. Oh yeah. I figured 365 days in a year. To lose a pound everyday for a month right there is at least 30lbz lost there. Need advice and quick!
I don’t need to really lose 1 pound in 1 day, I was being sarcastic! but to be honest, I’m about 5’3 or 5’2 and I’m 13. I need to at least lose mayb 3-4 pouns in a week. I need to lose the weight quick! Help!

it all depends on how tall you are and how much you weigh but i would start off doing as much as cardio as possible such as running or jump roping something like that…exercise and eat right
