I bought a bottle of Chitosan and it claims to bind fat in your system and stop you body from absorbing it so you pass it out when you go to the bathroom, I was wondering if anyone has used it and if it works?

yeah, that stuff on the bottle says that it isnt guarenteed or checked by the FDA so id be leery about what you believe when buying diet pills.
basically the only thing in diet pills that is helpful is caffiene to give energy and a slight boost to the metabolism or hoodia apparently has been said to work for suppressing the appetite.
there honestly isnt anything that could “bind fat and pass it out when going to the restroom” thats a bs claim.
another option is ephedra which also worked as a appetite suppresant and boosted the metabolism but it has been banned in the US. (it could raise the blood pressure and heart rate up to dangerous levels if abused which is why it has been banned)
that was another diet pill/supplement that worked. but i wouldnt waste your energy or money on the ‘chitosan’ diet pills or any other diet pills w/o caffiene or ephedra (I AM NOT saying you should buy ephedra though, it CAN be dangerous)
