I wanna lose weight by May 13. is it possible with any weight loss pills or diet pill? Doctors recommended to use Hoodia Gordonii http://www.gordoniihoodia.net/hoodia-balance im 14 and i wanna lose some weight….dont tell me its just my body changing and i dont need to lose it…i know when its my body changing and when i need to lose weight. im not gonna go to a gym….cuz i have no one to go with…and im not gonna go with someone….and i have no one to take me…and because i dont wanna look stupid. and because im 14 and dont have a clue what im doing. dont give me any stupid answers like ” eat less.” or ” dont eat” or ” excercise” i want detailed answer to help. i dont exactly know how much i wanna lose….but i need to and im not just looking at a scale…cuz i dont own one. lol im looking at my body so i can see it. also can someone suggest some excercises to get rid of arm flab? i dont want to use weights cuz those will just make my arms bigger…i need them to be smaller.

Eat 1500 Calories perdayy, lower your carbs and sugars to at least 40 grams a day. Run or walk 40 mintues 4 times a week. Don’t eat after 6 or 7. And drink about 8 OZ of water. If you don’t want to exercise don’t think your ganna loose weight. Becuase that is the key to lose weight. Try to walk around ablock for 40 mintues or seomthing. GOOD LUCK
