Question by Ewurm: Is it OK to take ephedra and AKG together?
I really don’t want to hear that ephedra is bad for me. Ephedra is bad for fat people on the verge of a heart attack.
Has any one seen studies on the adverse effects of ephedra. Aspirin kills a higher percentage of users than ephedra. The media sensationalizes things and then the government is forced into action.

You should not use with AKG with any products that contain Ephedra since they may act to vasoconstrict your blood vessels and thus reduce the benefit of AKG all together.

Dude, I know you may not want to hear this, but Ephedra can be hazardous to anybody’s health, not just fat people. It has caused heart attacks and high blood pressure and has lead to bleeding in the brain in young fit people as well as fat.
