When it says blocks a third of the fat from being digested does that also help with the weight that you already have?

No, like other diet pills, it’s mostly just hype. Just eat a good diet and get some exercise.

Yes, Xenical (orlistat) is one of the drugs that really does help with weight loss. It comes in 120mg caplets that should be taken 3 times a day with meals.

No. DO NOT start down the road of diet pills as they are a life sentence. You HAVE to take them forever or you’ll gain all the weight you lose – and then some – when you come off.

Besides, you’ll spend the rest of your time in the loo; Xenical causes the sh*ts big time – not to menton the orange oily stuff (the fat has to go somewhere!)

I had an incident in the cereals aisle in Sainsbury’s when I was taking it; there was no loo and I ended up with the sh*ts in my knickers and a massive orange stain on the seat of my jeans.

It’s not pleasant – trust me on this. It didn’t even aid my weight-loss; not one gramme.

Take my advice and JUST DON’T BOTHER!!! GPs don’t like prescribing it in any case as it’s very expensive (£35 for an 84-cap pack).
