A class action lawsuit has been filed against Jillian Michaels regarding her diet supplement.

According to papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, that the  “Jillian Michaels Maximum Strength Calorie Control” supplement falsely claims that it will “restrict your caloric intake automatically.” The complaint quotes her website claiming that the supplement is “like an automatic diet” and “Two capsules before main meals and you lose weight. That’s it.”

Considering her attitude on weight loss on the Biggest Loser show, lending her name to a supplement product, especially one making these claims, seems like poor taste.
