It probably does work, but just change your diet instaed, it is not that hard. And once you are off that pill, you will be eating the same and gain it all back. So just eat healthy and exercise. Try to only eat 2000 cals a day, and burn about 400-600 and you will easily start losing weight.

right now I’m eating really healthy. boiled egg whites for breakfast, yogurt & fruit & veggies for snacks & lean meat for dinner. I’ve also been taking nuphedragen pills. what kind of exercising do I need to do to lose as much weight as possible in a month?

Lots of cardio. Run, swim, fast walk, dance, hike, whatever suits you best, and do it at least 3 or 4 times a week for at least 30 minutes each time (any less than 30 minutes won’t burn fat). The more you do, the more you drop. With this kind of intensity, though, be sure you’re getting enough protein. Keep up the lean meats, and enjoy fish and unsalted nuts in moderation for this. :)
