Would it be regular green tea or can i get sugar free? Also im not sure but isn’t green tea a little unhealthy? It increases metabolism which in turn burns fat, so in short, yes it can.
You can drink it as many times as you want, and remember the longer you brew it, the more bitter the taste, and loose leaves are better than bags as the leaves are the new shoots and the bags are the old ones
