Try our new calorie search to lookup nutritional information on the foods that you eat.
Update: We've added a column to show the Weight Watchers points for each food item.
Most people never realize how many calories are in the food that they eat, or that the actual portion sizes are much different than what we actually eat.
As an example, 1 Tbsp of syrup on your morning pancakes is 52 calories, and each pancake is worth 75 calories, and your 10oz glass of orange juice is 130 calories. So a breakfast with 6 pancakes, 4 Tbsp of syrup and your glass of OJ is worth 788 calories.
If enough interest is express, we'll be adding in a system to track your daily meals and calories though this database.
